Minimum Orders
Gail's Flags requires a $50 minimum order and certain products may be sold with a minimum quantity per order.

Customized/Personalized items
Camera-ready (black and white) art work is suggested for fastest delivery on custom silk-screened items to minimize art charges. Additional time and charges are required if artwork has to be prepared from letterheads, business cards, etc. If photo copies or sketches are provided they should be as close to final size as possible

Return Policy and Limited Warranty
Gail's Flags' sole warranty of its products shall be to repair, replace, or credit to its customers the price of the defective product or component after Gail's Flags receives notice of the defect and the return of all defective items(s) to Gail's Flags. Notice of defect shall be given within ten (10) days after defect is discovered. In no case shall Gail' Flags be liable for any consequential, special, or indirect damages of any sort, type or kind. Unauthorized returns are subject to a restocking charge. Gail's Flags retains final decision on the rules, terms and conditions of all repairs, refunds, and replacements.
